- FORWARD ME is a free intercom application which enables you to receive video calls from outdoor door stations, providing remote unlocking of the entrance door from your mobile phone.

- Terms and definitions applied in this License and Regulations and related activity:
- License – the order and conditions of the Application use, including, if other not stated, FORWARD ME mobile identifiers (MI) takeover rules, download and use (FORWARD ME mobile identifiers regulations).
- “FORWARD ME” mobile app – program, providing FORWARD ME mobile identifiers takeover, store and transmission between FORWARD ME series readers and smartphone. Program runs on mobile devices (mobile devices henceforth) with “iOS” and “Android” operation systems.
- “FORWARD ME” mobile identifier (MI henceforth) – personalization appliance used in access control, alarm and other systems as identifier.
- User – Person, accepted this license to get the right to use «FORWARD ME » application.

- This license regulates relations between «FORWARD ME » mobile application Developer and used for «FORWARD ME » mobile application use rights acquiring.
- This license is open and a public available document.
- This License conditions are public offer and shall not be changed by User.
- User, installing Application on the mobile device, accepts and confirms his agreement with the License conditions.
- Application do not store, pass and do not need User personal data. The access to the Internet may be necessary via Wi-Fi or mobile data transmission networks for MI takeover. Fees for Internet connection via mobile data transmission depend on mobile communication operator tariffs.
- User shall accept this License conditions and receive MI before application use. If User do not want do this, User shall stop application and its future use.
- Developer may change and/or update this License unilaterally without any special personal User notification, but with notification in common order like release notes or by mobile device operation system notifications. User responsible for such notification receival. Application use continuation after this License change and/or update means that user agrees with this change and/or update in this case.
- User confirms his legality and capacity accepting this License conditions and accepting all possible risks, including property risks connected with his actions on Application use.
- Third parties may be involved in this License fulfillment. User confirms that mentioned third parties have the same rights as Developer.

- User shall adhere to the conditions of this License in the proper way.
- User has right of this Application use according to this License conditions for his
personal application in ways as follows:
- Application download and update from App Store or Google Pay online stores;
- communication with FORWARD ME readers.
- User shall not use the Application in legal Developer, other rightsholders, third parties and this License rights and interests breach.
- User shall provide proper measures for his mobile device security from third-party access and personally responsible in the case of third-party access to his mobile device.
- It is prohibited to User to decompile or perform reverse engineering of the Application by himself or with third party engagement.
- User is personally responsible for use of the Application in any way, not allowed with this License.
- User has no right to fulfill any unauthorized operations with the Application.
- User shall get acquainted with all information about the Application, User confirms obligation, set in this clause, fulfillment with Application installation on his mobile device. User shall stop Application use immediately if he does not agree with this License conditions.
- Developer may change the conditions of the Application use unilaterally. Application use continuation after change means that user agrees with this change in this case.
- User allows Developer to process the Application exploit data for service enhancement and market statistics collection.
- Application User shall not take actions, which may be considered as breach of laws of the country Developer or/and of the country User or/and international law breach, including intellectual property laws, author’s and/or related rights, and shall not act in the way, which break or may break normal Application operation.
- User shall not use the Application for unauthorized interruption into the access control systems operation. This interruption means any interaction or interaction attempt exceeding the access rights legally given to the user in the Application installation moment as to the system or its part.
- USER, JOINING THIS LICENSE, CONFIRMS HIS UNDERSTANDING THAT THE APPLICATION INSTALLATION, LICENSE JOIN AND MI TAKEOVER DOES NOT GIVES HIM ANY ADDITIONAL RIGHTS AND/OR AUTHORITIES AND/OR PRIVILEGES OF ACCESS TO FORWARD ME AND OTHER ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM, COMPARATIVELY TO THE RIGHTS HE HAD BEFORE THE APPLICATION INSTALLATION, THIS LICENSE JOIN AND MI TAKEOVER AND INDEPENDENTLY FROM THEM.
- User confirms that he realizes that unauthorized interruption into the access control systems may be the criminal deed, punished by law.

- Developer may pass his rights and obligations to the third party for the purpose of this License implementation without additional User agree.
- Developer has right to stop User access to the Application in case of this License violation by the User.
- Developer has right to process the Application exploit data. Data is used for service enhancement and market statistics collection.
- Developer has right to restrict, pause or stop the Application use without the User indemnity, including and in the case Developer has a reason that User or his’ affiliates (intentionally or unintentionally):
- break the law, this License provisions or third persons legal interests and right by using this Application;
- use the Application unfairly, excessively or not by purpose;
- damage the Application or its operation;
- try the unauthorized access to the Application or its data.;
- threaten glitch of the technical and/or program resources of Developer and/or third parties
- Developer has right to restrict, pause or stop the Application use in case of appropriate decision of Government or other authority or in other cases provided by laws of the Developer country or International laws/regulations.

- User warrants that he will not act to cause harm to the Developer, right holders or any other third persons.
- User is fully responsible for third persons access to the Application, installed on the User’s mobile device.
- User is fully responsible for installed in the Application MI loss, deletion or spoil as a result of User action/inaction.
- The Application supplied “As is”. Developer is not responsible for errors, malfunction and other disadvantages related to the Application operation violation and its consequences to the User, including indemnity, lost profits, losses, moral harm, damage to honor, dignity and business reputation.
- UNRESERVEDLY TO ANOTHER CONDITION OF THIS LICENSE, USER PERSONALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE APPLICATION USE CONSEQUENSES AND IN THE CASE OF ACTIONS, USER AGREED THAT DEVELOPER HAS RIGHT TO FREELY COOPERATE WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT BODIES AND PROPERTY OWNERS WHO’S RIGHTS WAS BROKEN BY USERS ACTIONS, ON THE QUESTIONS OF USERS USE OF APPLICATION AND MI HAVING ELEMENTS OF CRIMINAL OFFENSE.

- In case of any controversies or disagreements related to this License fulfillment arise, User and Developer will make ever efforts to resolve them by talks. In case when talks will not resolve disagreement, controversies are to be resolved by competent court situated in Developer’s location.
- Not User nor Developer will not responsible for non-fulfillment or unproperly fulfilment of obligations under this License, besides harmful actions, intentionally or carelessly deed, if proper fulfillment become impossible under the god will.
- This License takes effect from the moment of the Application installation and acts indefinitely during all Application use.
- This License written in English.
- Consideration of any provision of this License invalid, will not affect the validity or implementation of other provisions of this License.

- This regulation, in case when documents (including digital), deals, mailing do not refer exactly to them, is the part of “FORWARD ME” mobile application use License and applied together with it.
- All terms and definitions, used in this regulation, applied in meaning, defined in “FORWARD ME” mobile application use License.
- This regulation defines the order of MI takeover, retention and use by the Application User.
- User gets MI by downloading it into the Application, installed from the Google Play or App Store online store beforehand.
- Once MI got in the one of the methods, it is associated with unique Application identifier installed on mobile device and retained in the container.
- Single MI may be downloaded into the Application only once couldn’t be restored.
- Protection against unauthorized copying or cloning provided by the method of MI installation.
- It is IMPOSSIBLE TO RESTORE MI after the Application uninstall or mobile device reset to the factory settings because MI is associated to the unique Application identifier.
- Application exploits crypto- and imitation-resistant wireless protocol for MI container pass to the FORWARD ME reader, able to accept and process this type of identifiers.
- Users confirm that they are informed with all paragraphs of this License, understand them and the user’s accept their provisions fully and unconditionally.
