Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) clearly defines the rules which apply to use of our services including your responsibilities, permitted and prohibited use of services. Application
This Policy applies to all customers who use our applications and portals. Your obligation to comply with this Policy includes your obligation to ensure any person who you allow to use your service also complies with this Policy.
Your failure to comply with this Policy (including by any person who you allow to use your service may lead to the suspension or termination of your service. We reserve the right to change this Acceptable Use Policy at any time and notify you by email to your nominated email address and we encourage you to review this Policy periodically because it may change from time to time.


1. ABOUT THE POLICY
1.1. As part of our aim to provide a quality service at a reasonable price to all our users, the Acceptable Use Policy has been implemented to ensure that each subscriber's use of the Service:
  1. meets legal requirements;
  2. does not unreasonably interfere with other subscribers; and
  3. does not unreasonably impact on our ability to provide the Service.
1.2. In this document, the following words have these meanings:
You refers to a subscriber to the Service, or any person who accesses the Service using the subscriber's access details;

Service means any service provided by us, together with associated services and software such as cloud based services, applications, web portals and customer support.

  • allow registration and subsequent use of the app:

  • manage user/device matches;
  • record images and videos;
  • optimise data processing and access resources;
  • improve the user experience of APP and services;
  • allow technical service;
  • allow the users to take advantage of promotions;
  • generate aggregate statistical data concerning the device use preferences of the users;
  • geolocate the users in order to provide the service requested;
  • sell, hire, deliver, administer, improve and personalise our products and services;
  • source products for sale, transport products and ensure our suppliers are compliant with our ethical sourcing policy and applicable labour laws and standards;
  • process payments and services and to deal with your feedback or complaints and provide refunds and discounts;
  • to communicate with you and to operate the customer service department

  • maintain and update our records.

2. WHEN THIS POLICY COMES INTO EFFECT
This Policy applies immediately if you are a new subscriber to the Service. For current users, this Policy applies 21 days after notice of this Policy is given to you by posting the Policy on our website. If any changes are made to this Policy by us, these changes come into effect 21 days after we give you notice of the changes by sending you an email and posting an updated version of the Policy on our website.


3. SECURITY AND PASSWORDS
  • You must keep confidential the password you use to subscribe to the Service. You remain responsible for any use of the Service made using your password.
  • You must not attempt to obtain unauthorised access to any computer system, including unauthorised access to our system (for example, by attempting to use the account of another user).
  • You must not participate in any attempt to cause any computer system (including our system) to malfunction, whether by way of viruses, worms, trojan horses, denial of service attacks or otherwise.

You must not use the Service to breach any applicable criminal laws or to infringe on the rights of a third party. This includes, without limitation:
  1. fraudulent, deceptive or illegal activity;
  2. infringement of copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights;
  3. infringement of laws relating to censorship and classification of material;
  4. using the Service to create, forward or distribute defamatory statements.


3. SECURITY AND PASSWORDS
The Service excludes the:
  1. use scripted or AI software (such as automated agents) to maintain a connection
  2. or to reconnect when you are not personally using such connection;
  3. the use, sale or engagement of illegal activities defined by Australian law;
  4. reconstructing or modifying the software or service;
